Service Appointment Coordinator


Job Summary:
The Service Appointment Coordinator at DELLA Auto Group is a full-time, hourly sales position in the auto industry. The individual in this role will be responsible for coordinating service appointments for customers to the dealership's service center.

As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and satisfaction of our customers' service experiences at DELLA Auto Group.


Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this role is hourly and paid weekly.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments for customers
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all appointments and customer information
  • Coordinate with service technicians and advisors to ensure prompt and efficient service for customers
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address any concerns or changes
  • Monitor service schedule to ensure timely completion of appointments and communicate any delays or issues to customers
  • Upsell services and products to customers based on their vehicle's needs and manufacturer recommendations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by management
Qualifications


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detailoriented with the ability to multitask
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle a high volume of phone calls
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
