At Foresight, our therapists have access to training and development opportunities, 1:1 meetings with their manager, performance feedback, and professional development, including:
    • A comprehensive and FREE in-house Continuing Education program, taught by our own team members to meet annual licensure requirements. We encourage our team to develop and deliver training on topics they're passionate about
    • Monthly paid Consultation Groups led by experienced clinicians, offering the opportunity to connect, share, and evolve your skills.
    As a Foresight licensed therapist you will:
    • Deliver therapy to school district employees, manage your schedule in partnership with the school district, and document notes in our EHR with a company-provided laptop and second monitor (as requested).
      • This position can be 100% remote or hybrid with 2-3 days in our office in Goodyear, AZ
      • Requires a schedule of Monday-Friday 10 AM - 6 PM MST with one Saturday/month
    • Provide attuned psychotherapy to individuals along with the option to provide services to additional treatment units (couples and families), virtually or in-person
    • Perform assessments, provide diagnoses, and create treatment plans and progress notes, with the freedom to leverage therapeutic approaches that work best for you and your clients.
    • Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to provide holistic care.

      • Earn a base salary of $80,000/year

    What We're Looking For:

    We're seeking a therapist who is truly passionate about delivering individual therapy for school district employees, with a commitment to client-centered care and a deep understanding of trauma-informed approaches and evidence-based practices. We value forward-thinking professionals who are eager to share with and learn from others and stay at the forefront of the mental health field.

    The right candidate must:
    • Be an active, independent Arizona Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
    • Not have opted out from Medicare (although we do NOT require our providers to see Medicare patients).
    • Have access to reliable and stable internet while working remotely; experience with Google Suite is a plus
