    Role Overview :


    As Technical Project Manager at SES, you are a critical member of our Implementation Team and report to the Director of Technical Implementations.

    The role is responsible for delivering first class technical implementation support and project management as part of an innovative and forward-thinking company in the health informatics market.

    Technical Implementation Managers assist customers with implementation of new solutions, enhancing existing solutions, and ongoing management of programs with rolling deliveries.

    As a customer-focused team player, the Technical Project Manager, must possess a proven ability to take ownership of the customer experience, have exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

    Overall, the Technical Project Manager must have the willingness to go the extra mile to ensure an excellent customer support.


    Role Responsibilities:
    Facilitate customer requirements discovery
    Testing manager - Facilitate UAT testing of solutions with customer, prepare testing guide
    Coordinate customer operations issues - escalation to resolution
    Project management tasks – updating project communications and maintain progress tracker – milestone dates, control slippage

    Role Requirements:
    Experience in the Healthcare IT industry
    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
    SQL experience – Build databases – tables
    Data ETL experience – AWS, SSIS or ability to write USP/UDF to extract, transform and load data
    Data analysis (ability to do database queries) and creation of analytical reports using visualization tools from Excel services (linking to a data source) and/ or BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI
    Web application integration – MS Office, Dashboard / Reporting Portal integration, SharePoint configuration and publishing, Jira integration
    Interest in improvement and management of customer support workflows and processes
    A proven ability to build relationships at all levels
    Exceptional attention to detail
