- Communicate with tax agencies to resolve tax issues
- Maintain tax set up in the payroll system
- Prepare and file W-2 amended tax returns
- Respond to all tax agencies notices
- Assist with W-2/year end related tasks
- State and local tax registrations experience is required
- Advanced knowledge of federal state and local payroll tax withholdings
- Ability to identify and resolve inaccuracies
- Ability to work with a team and independently
