The Senior Pastor is the main spiritual guide for Grace of God Alliance Church GGAC This leader is responsible for setting the vision inspiring faith through engaging preaching and teaching building a strong leadership team and caring for the congregation We are seeking a gifted communicator a seasoned leader and a devoted follower of Christ who is committed to fulfilling our mission to preach the Gospel make disciples serve the community and glorify GodResponsibilities
- Serve as the primary preacher preparing sermons with prayer and delivering biblical truths with clarity and practical applicationDemonstrate a deep understanding of Scripture and a passion for Gods WordEquip and empower lay leaders to teach and share Gods Word effectively
- Visionary Leadership: Discerning Gods vision for GGACs future communicating it in compelling ways that inspire & activate congregation Guide & mentor pastoral staff/ministry leaders building culture of teamwork spiritual growth accountabilityOversee strategic planning implementing all churchwide initiatives.
