    Description


    We are currently looking for a Full Time Systems Reporting Analyst II to join our Financial Management Information team located at the Abbott Miller Bldg working 8:00AM-5:00PM - Mo Tu We Th Fr.

    Summary:

    Responsibilities:


    • Oversees implementation, training and maintaining a Business Intelligence tool
    • Maintains overhead allocations module
    • Provides oversight of basic user system administration for any forecaster software that is used
    • Ensures the proper configuration and/or reconfiguration of business units within Business Intelligence tool as required
    • Oversees end user administration of the Nation's financial systems
    • Provides oversight for identifying and implementing process improvement for the Nations finance groups
    • Maintains the chart of accounts for the accounting offices
    • Troubleshoots issues for the accounting office
    • Provides basic user technical support for the BI tool that is installed
    • Manages the reporting function and controls of the BI tool
    • Develop and maintain system generated consolidated reports with the BI tool using data from various business information systems including Questica, Infor FSM, Infor HCM, and any other system as required
    • Utilizes available integration tools to automate current manual processes where possible
    • Assists with the development and deployment of new functionality
    • Serves as a liaison with Accounting and Information Technology departments to analyze, design, develop, test and implement programs to meet on-going informational needs of the Nation to include the implementation of a new Questica budget tool
    • Prepares ad hoc reports
    • All other duties as assigned

    • Basic knowledge of accounting software including Great Plains and Onbase
    • Working knowledge of project management, accounting processes, performance measures and accounting standards
    • General knowledge of accounting processes (e.g. general ledger, accounts payable/recievable, payroll, reconciliation, etc.)
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate team members
    • Organizes work and assigned area logically and orderly
    • Establishes professional working relationships
    • Builds effective working relationships
    • Communicates verbally with team, departments, guests and management
    Skills:


    Essential:

    • Basic Computer skills
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
    Experience:


    Essential:

    • 1 year directly related experience
    Education:


    Essential:

    • High School, GED or Equivalent

    Nonessential:

    • Bachelors Degree in directly related field
    Credentials:


    Essential:

    • Standard Driver's License
    • Pass general background check
    • Gaming license or permit as required by assigned position
    Working Conditions:


    Essential:

    • Sitting up to 75% of shift
    • Standing up to 25% of shift
    • Works in an office setting
    • Pass pre-employment drug test
