The Melrose YMCA is seeking a lifeguards to join our aquatics team and help us keep our commitment to water safety, youth development, and exceptional member service.The position requires maintaining safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas.
- Maintains constant surveillance of the pool area.
- Knows/reviews all emergency procedures and responds to emergency situations immediately in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.
