    The Technical Specialist is a senior level resource with specialized knowledge and experience in a specific technology. In this case the desired Specialist is an experienced PowerBuilder developer.


    Complete Description:

    The Client is seeking experienced PowerBuilder contractor developers (> 5 years' experience) for a 12-month engagement for the Engineering Application Services Department (EAS) to enhance and maintain a mission-critical application for the department called HiCAMS.

    The initial assignments will be to code/test data windows to replace over 100 sample test result spreadsheet formats that were coded using an outdated 3rd party software tool.

    Additional work will involve coding/testing bug fixes and other functional enhancements to the system.
