- We are in search of a seasoned Product Manager (IC) with a proven track record in developing top-notch consumer-facing products integrated with advanced AI technologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 8 years in product management, co-founder, or a similar technical role, with at least 5 years devoted to developing and launching technical products
- Experience in creating or launching consumer-facing or media products/technologies
- Demonstrated success in zero-to-one product development
- High-level engineering skills; capable of building the initial prototype if required
- Startup experience; adept at operating in resource-constrained, fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus

Responsibilities:
Proof of Concept:
Collaborating with the CEO and other leaders to enhance and bring to life ideas, insights, and innovations into validated initial proof of product concepts. This includes feasibility assessments, focusing on achieving technical breakthroughs that yield significant business impact. Designing MVPs to emphasize the core aspect/feature of each product hypothesis for exploring more ideas and iterating rapidly.
PRD:
Converting innovative concepts into an execution strategy (PRD) that lays a solid foundation for technical leaders to assume ownership of product delivery. Responsible for integrating strategies throughout various product roadmaps.
Product Excellence:
Establishing consistent cross-company product excellence; ensuring systematic execution while striking a balance between product quality and risk-taking. Establishing a product review system, constructing a "fit for purpose" process, and promoting product excellence by setting standards and offering guidance. Identifying intersections or methods for users to leverage the complete product range, enhancing product utilization across user segment overlaps and transitioning users from one product to another.
External spokesperson:
Proficient in presenting at events or engaging with reporters effortlessly. Capable of engaging with the industry (media) and technically savvy audiences, elucidating our unique market positioning and cutting-edge technology to all stakeholders.
