    Description
    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Ensuring safety in the workplace by following safety protocols and procedures, wearing appropriate safety equipment, and identifying potential hazards
    • Analyze existing processes and identify areas where automation can improve efficiency
    • Ensure automation systems comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
    • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to automation systems. Perform regular maintenance activities (software updates, hardware replacements, to ensure smooth operation of automated equipment.
    • Maintain and create documentation of operating procedures, system manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
    • Mentor and Train M&A and I&C employees on PLC, HMI, and end device troubleshooting as requested / required
    • Perform PLC, HMI, and end device troubleshooting as required by customer
    • Ensure all pneumatech work is built and maintained as requested orderly manner to included proper management of PLC programs, PLC panel wiring and cleanliness of automation equipment.
    • Provide input as requested on new technologies
    • Identify and propose new technologies for supervisor and customers
    Key Essential Qualifications:
    • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license to include a safe driving record satisfactory to the company.
    • Ability to work well with others and effectively communicate in a team environment to accomplish customer and team goals.
    • Strong work ethic and ability to operate with minimal supervision.
    • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and able to respond to call outs.
    • Ability to work away from home on scheduled rotations as needed.
    Education, Experience and Skills Required:
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
    • Related technical college or work related: 3-5 years (Required)
    • Valid Driver's License.
    • Must speak write and read English fluently.
    • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and is subject to random DOT drug testing.
    • Must be capable to physical duties in outdoor environment.
