Here is what your day to day could look like
Organize strategy meetings, review & understand project requirements for large scale structural steel company.
Review project's erection, safety, quality plans, specifications. Comment on cost savings measures & construction problems.
Discuss relevant issues at job site meetings.
Review customer deficiencies report in collaboration of the QA/QC Manager & Site Project Manager.
Run day-to-day operations, assist in preparation and control of schedules.
Ensure subcontractors' coordination in collaboration with Site Project Manager.
Inform Site Project Manager of any errors, discrepancies or omissions contained within erection drawings.
Review & comment on site drawings. Control, monitor labor, material & equipment expenses.
Assist in the preparation of the periodic cost forecasting summaries & budgets. Coordinate with the QA/QC Manager all third parties' inspections (QAI).
Maintain a safe job site; ensure that requirements of OSHA and ADF's company safety policies are followed.
Maintain & enforce good construction practices, standards, quality control.
Ensure Maintenance Program is implemented & maintained, and the job is well organized & scheduled.
Maintain adequate control of the job site inventories & assets.
Supervise site operation & execution of work in accordance with contract documents, schedule & budgets.
Supervise construction & structural steel workers, surveyors.
Perform other related tasks & duties as assigned.
