Senior Employee Experience PartnerThe Senior Employee Experience Partner plays a crucial role in supporting our business objectives by fostering a positive work culture that is respectful and inclusive, promoting employee engagement, and supporting a full range of HR operations objectives.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Translate complex HR policies into clear, understandable language for employees. Ensure consistent communication about policies, benefits, and procedures.
Implements feedback systems (such as surveys or regular check-ins) to gather insights from employees, using this feedback to improve the overall employee experience.
Facilitates productive discussions and identifies solutions; ensures a fair resolution.
Provides guidance and advice on employee relations issues, HR policy and practice, and compliance matters.
Create and execute programs and strategies to foster a respectful and inclusive work environment that optimizes organizational performance and aims to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. Examples include:
Recognition and Appreciation: Communicate appreciation for employees' contributions. Recognize achievements publicly to boost morale.
Celebrate Milestones: Acknowledge work anniversaries, birthdays, and other milestones. Celebrate as a team.
Works with the HR Director to Identify legal risks and helps the organization maintain compliance with relevant laws.
Helps ensure consistency and fairness in handling employee issues.
