Position Overview: As a Foam Filler, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to fill various products with foam insulation material. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process by accurately filling products according to specifications and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate foam filling machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Measure and mix foam insulation materials accurately to achieve desired consistency.
• Fill products with foam insulation material in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify any issues or malfunctions, reporting them to the supervisor for timely resolution.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on filled products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including cleaning equipment and disposing of waste materials properly.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency and meet production targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Familiarity with operating machinery and equipment is desirable.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Basic math skills for measuring and mixing materials.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
