- Engage in business development activities (i.e. prepare proposals, present in webinars, collaborate with other service lines to market comprehensive tax strategies for prospective clients, etc.)
- Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, meet deadlines, remain current on legislative changes, and lead change effectively.
- Conduct primary and secondary review of complex federal and state tax returns.
- Supervise, train, mentor and evaluate the performance of Seniors, Associates, and Interns.
- 4+ years relevant work experience in an accounting firm, with at least 3 years of Alternative Fund experience;
- Bachelors and/or advanced degree; Accounting, Finance, Economics or related degree (Preferred);
- Advanced credential allowing for client representation before the Internal Revenue Service required (i.e. CPA or JD);
- Self-starter with the initiative to seek out opportunities and ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; and
- Proficient use of technology.

The Role:Managers/Senior Managers in our Alternative Investment Funds practice oversee and complete tax projects; provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance for a variety of clients, including private equity, real estate, fund of funds and venture capital.
