    (ADD) Responsibilities:

    Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Responsible for project management execution and management of a team that delivers the initiation, design, construction, commissioning and operational start-up of business initiatives / goals, programs, manufacturing equipment, facilities, laboratories and office buildings.
    • Ensures that project delivery methodologies, project management processes/principles and project management tools are utilized to achieve project goals. Owns the key project management business processes and improves and simplifies these processes continuously.
    • Partners proactively and aligns with key internal customers to develop and execute capital projects that support business objectives.
    • Partners proactively with other group/function managers with strategic partners (Finance, Procurement, etc.) to support business objectives, streamline business processes impacting project planning/execution, and implement business process changes.
    • Delivers successful projects, effectively balancing quality, scope, cost and schedule.
    • Provides guidance, direction and advice to area PM's (contract and site) with respect to actions or decisions related to changes in project scope, schedule and cost.
    • Manages the project controls function in support of active capital projects.
    • Analyzes and reviews the capital forecast and other planning tools to assess resource requirements and help determine staffing requirements.
    • Provides feedback and guidance to project staff.
    • Support Manufacturing and/or Facilities personnel in trouble-shooting problems in the operation of pharmaceutical and industrial manufacturing facility systems and equipment.
    • Per the above, strategizes on what modifications or investments might be required to accommodate the new client business onto our network assets.
    • Follows corporate standards and best practices.

    Education or Equivalent:
    BS/MS in Engineering discipline with experience in PM role for CGT/Bio projects.

    Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering; Advanced Degree in technical / business area a plus.
    • Clear technical experience in design and operation of CGT technologies.
    • 5-10 years of engineering related experience
    • 5 years in BioPharm/CGT Industry experience
    • Previous role accountable for Project Management of $10M+ of value
    • Experience working in cross-functional / cross-site environment and full equipment life cycle
    • Strong record of delivering business impactful Engineering projects
    • Experience working in global environment, across diverse cultures
    • Direct cGMP related experience required for FDA / EMA regulated environments.
    • Requires on site work at the client site in Madison, WI.

    Supervises:

    • This position is an individual contributor role, but it will manage external/internal resources in terms of contractors, site staff allocated for project support and/or equipment suppliers etc.
    • Mentor to engineering staff at the site level
