HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Child and Adolescent Psych Nurse Manager for a 700+ bed hospital in Iowa. Responsibilities include:

• Providing daily oversight for staff to include scheduling, payroll and timecards, ensuring a balanced schedule, managing time off requests and ensuring deadlines are achieved.
• Quality reporting, quality monitoring, and budgeting.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred
• Experience: Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in similar role within an acute care hospital.
• Licensure: State of IA RN preferred
• Certifications: BLS required, MOAB and CPI preferred
• Computer Skills: Epic

Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare and rental car.
