Now Hiring Forklift Operator

We are currently seeking Forklift Operators to join our 2nd shift team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for:

Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using various types of forklifts or other power equipment 80% of the specified shift.
Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded.
Keep accurate records and reports for inventory management.
Adhere to all OSHA and MSDS standards.
Check load accuracy, count, stability, and product damage, reporting any discrepancies.
Perform equipment maintenance and keep the facility orderly.
Assist in conducting physical inventories and daily equipment inspections.

What We Offer:

Competitive wages starting at $20.00 per hour with potential annual increases.

Shift Differential: $1.50

Eligibility for attendance bonuses.
Work schedules: Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed 8 PM to 6:30 AM.

Role Purpose:

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently moving stock within our warehouse using various types of forklifts. Your tasks will include loading and unloading shipments, operating equipment such as stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts, and maintaining a focus on safety in our fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

At DHL, your role is vital in ensuring that essential products reach the people who need them every day.

Key Accountabilities:

Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using various types of forklifts 80% of the specified shift.
Prepare products for shipment accurately.
Maintain inventory records and comply with safety standards.
Monitor equipment, perform maintenance tasks, and ensure a clean workspace.
Participate in physical inventories and complete daily equipment checks.
Fulfill any other assigned duties.

Required Education and Experience:

Forklift operator certificate or completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment.
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
Six months of warehouse and forklift operation experience is advantageous.
