    Job Description:

    Patient Care Administrator (PCA)



    • The PCA will join the senior leadership team for a VITAS service area, ensuring clinical financial and operational aspects of hospice are running smoothly.

    • This role requires coaching team members on clinical matters consulting with interdisciplinary teams including nurses social workers chaplains etc., leading performance improvement initiatives to elevate patient experiences.
