The University of Iowa Health Care seeks to hire a Health Care Services Associate Director (Department Administrative Officer) to plan and direct the administrative aspects and activities of the Department of Urology.Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Financial Management: Development of budget; assessment of needs for short and long-term capital equipment.
- Patient Care/Service Delivery: Work collaboratively with the review of outpatient health care delivery; identify systematic problems with health care delivery.
