    Pro Talent Group, a division of MS-IL Staffing & Packaging, together with our local client, are hiring for a Maintenance Technician position in Indianapolis. This role is crucial in keeping plant operations smooth and efficient by maintaining a variety of processing equipment.

    What You'll Do:

    As the Maintenance Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in:

    • Prepping for Success: Start each day reviewing your work schedule, ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready for the day's tasks, focusing on Preventative Maintenance.
    • Team Coordination: Handle shift turnovers smoothly, manage line calls, and oversee maintenance tasks to keep our operations running without a hitch.
    • Problem Solving: Step up in emergency and routine situations alike, bringing your troubleshooting skills to the fore to maintain and install a range of electrical and production machinery.
    • Technical Understanding: Read and understand blueprint schematics like a pro.
    • Maintenance Mastery: Execute preventative maintenance diligently, leveraging our maintenance software to enhance production efficiency.
    • Collaborative Effort: Work closely with the team on repairs and support each other to achieve common goals.
    • Strategic Input: Offer valuable feedback to supervisors to help plan maintenance schedules effectively.
    What We Need From You:
    • Experience: At least 1 year of maintenance experience in a production, manufacturing, or distribution environment with automated machinery.
    • Physical Capabilities: Ability to occasionally lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs and exert significant force when necessary.
