    Functions as a clinical leader/expert in a particular specialty or subspecialty of nursing. Practice aims at achieving quality patient care outcomes. Responsible for coordinating orientation programs, continuing inservice education, and ongoing educational programs for the nursing staff. Works with unit management to organize and develop quality assurance projects. Collaborates and consults with other nurses and healthcare professionals to advance nursing practice and improve clinical outcomes.
    Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited School of Nursing. Experience in patient and staff education development and implementation, quality improvement, program development, and professional development.
