- Perform preventative maintenance on PLC systems
- Program or repair PLC systems, including Allen Bradley PLCs
- Conduct breakdown analysis and oversee housekeeping
- Upgrade production lines with new equipment/technology
- Enforce GMP, safety, and audit standards
- Work independently, documenting tasks
- 3+ years in industrial manufacturing maintenance
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs
- Electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ramsey Mechanical (Electrical) Skills Assessment required
- Proficiency in RS Logix 5000, RS Logix 500, or RS Logix 5
- Ability to work with Control Logix, Compact Logix, SLC500, or PLC5
- Read electrical schematics, use a multimeter, and work with up to 480VAC
- Familiarity with P&ID symbols and line layout drawings
- Experience with VFDs, Panelview, and RS View Studio
