    Role Description

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on roofing and siding products. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with customers, and closing sales.

    Responsibilities:

    Generate leads through knocking, networking, and referrals.

    Conduct sales presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our products

    Negotiate contracts and close sales deals

    Maintain relationships with existing customers and upsell additional products or services

    Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction

    Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities

    Qualifications:

    Proven track record in sales, preferably in the roofing and siding industry

    Strong communication and negotiation skills

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Proficient in CRM software

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    Ability to sell on a retail basis

    Knowledge of insurance claim process is helpful
