The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority seeks a Manager of Properties to join its dynamic Commercial Business Development Team.Under general supervision, this role will manage airport terminal leasing day-to-day coordination related to invoice/billing leases/contracts operational coordination MoreRNO matters develop manage real estate portfolio public solicitation management negotiation business terms administration existing leases contracts oversee third-party property management report Director Air Service Development & Properties Property Technician positions.
This manager may also lead setup commercial passenger cargo airlines negotiating relevant contracts coordinating leasehold requirements/buildouts conduct research prospective airlines compile proposals data information operational analysis airline behalf negotiate complex leases operating agreements permits licenses revenue-generating contracts guide development robust lasting relationships aviation tenants including airlines government agencies draft terms conditions legal documents leased premises exhibits maintain accuracy contract systems geographic information systems computer programs manage corporate tenant relations support terminal charters review tenant compliance corrective action prepare present executive-level Board-level documents as required develop operating budgets RTAA-owned properties coordinate oversee tenant improvements modifications alterations engineers designers appraisers parties participate long-range planning development marketing strategies recommendation goals business attraction retention plan organize supervise evaluate performance direct reports regular coaching mentorship undertake special assignments.
