    Job Title:

    Sales and Service Advisor

    Compensation:

    $20.70-$33.62 effective rate (Base Pay + Commission + Overtime + Paid Benefits)

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Service Advisor to join our team.

    • As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service to our guests while recommending products and services their vehicles need.
    • You will be trained to become product experts, able to sell tires and wheels in addition to services and repairs.
    • You will adhere to Big Brand Tire and Service sales strategy and core values to create life-long customers.

    What We're Looking For:

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • Experience working face-to-face with guests in a fast-paced environment.
    • Confidence in your ability to communicate, advise, recommend, and make sales.
    • A detail-oriented approach and eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
    • The willingness to learn and be cross-trained to master sales as well as hands-on services and repairs.
    • A clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
    • Physical ability to lift 70lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending, and turning.
