- Executing business goals and growing a profitable book of business in Tech/Cyber in an assigned geography.
- Establishing relationships with external trading partners.
- Effectively articulating Chubb's strategy to insureds and distribution partners.
- Engaging local branch office resources, marketing teams, underwriting teams and others to accomplish overall Chubb goals and objectives.
- Conducting travel as appropriate, including agency, broker and client meetings and/or industry events.
- Review, assemble and assess policy terms and conditions.
- Document underwriting files to adhere to audit and compliance standards.
- Qualified candidates must possess a strong work ethic.
- 2+ years of insurance underwriting or broker experience preferred but not required.
- Candidates with sales, recruiting, marketing or other comparable experience are also strongly encouraged to apply.
- Experience developing and maintaining a broad network of relationships, negotiation skills, organizational skills, attention to detail and strong oral/written communication skills are essential.
- Underwriting Acumen: Demonstrates technical knowledge of Insurance products, competitors and marketplace.
- Relationship Management: Demonstrates ability to build strong key relationships and manage customer expectations in a dynamic market. Proven track record promoting business retention and profitable growth.
- Sales and Marketing: Prospecting skills and effective use of Financial Lines sales and marketing tools.
