    Job Description
    Superlanet is recruiting for a Infrastructure Project Manager for a 12-month contract with an organization located in the downtown Los Angeles, CA area. They will be working within the PMO. They will be project managing IT projects within the IT Infrastructure, construction projects, portfolio.

    Requirements
    • 4+ years of project management experience deploying IT infrastructure
    • Healthcare industry experience
    • Understanding of physical IT infrastructure (cabling, telecom spaces, LAN/WAN connectivity, IT integration of medical equipment, end-user device planning and deployment)
    • Ability to liaise between the IT teams, clinical, and operational teams throughout the entirety of the project, Create project charter and stake holder sign off/ approval.
    • Ability to understand the the discussions during OAC coordination meetings and identify the impact of other trades on IT infrastructure
    • Ability to manage multiple IT infrastructure projects during construction
    • Understanding of the complexities of working in healthcare facilities for IT projects that affect patient care areas
    • Understanding of the fit-up process and coordination requirements with the clinical and operational teams to fully deploy IT equipment into new clinics and relocation projects
    • Develops detailed project organization charts & roles/responsibilities matrices.
    • Creates the project budget, manages project budgets including capital and operating expenses, forecasts spend on a regular basis.
    • Builds project work breakdown structures & schedules.
    • Manages project risks, issues, decisions, action items, dependencies, and change requests.
    • Maintains up-to-date project documentation in the PMO departmental repository and in Service Now.
    • Understanding and experience managing projects in IT Infrastructure and foundational services (Citrix, Servers, IPs, VMs, databases, SAN/NAS, Network - firewalls, switches, routers, access points, Telecom, AD, DNS, IaaS, SaaS), SSO and cyber security technologies.
    Required Skills
    • PMP Certification
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Experience/knowledge of managing project budgets - Capital and Operational
    • Experience in at least one PPM tool - Service Now ITBM/ Clarity/ Planview, etc.
    • Experience in a healthcare organization
    Preferred:
    • Scrum Master or Product Owner Certification
    • ITIL, CISSP certifications preferred
