The nurses in our Progressive Critical Care Unit care for some of the most medically delicate and surgically complex patients. Responsibilities include managing respiratory failure, sepsis, closed head injuries, multi-system organ dysfunction, endocrine disorders, complex traumas, and surgical complications.

• Provide competent care for medical and surgical populations adhering to ACLS protocols.
• Administer antihypertensive sedative narcan drips as well as thrombo-embolic therapies.
• Utilize monitor equipment such as the central venous pressure CVP line extraventricular drain EVD orthopedic traction implement infection prevention protocols manage high-flow nasal cannula HFNC
