    Senior Director, Human Resources

    A CRG client in the Biotechnology industry is looking for a collaborative and strategic Senior Director, HRBP to ensure key Human Resources projects, initiatives, and objectives are being met while establishing relationships with employees.     Opportunity: Direct Hire

    Location: Winston Salem, NC

    Compensation: Competitive Salary + 25% bonus + equity bonus

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic business partner counsel to key functions and management in the areas of organizational effectiveness and development, employee relations, recruiting and talent management.
    • Contribute to creating solutions for best practice initiatives in such areas as employment, employee communication, career development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HRIS delivery.
    • Drive employee engagement through management of employee engagement survey, results, and communication in partnership with other departments.
    • Manage Compensation and Benefit programs in partnership with other HR departments.
    • Act as a strategic business partner in partnership with the Head of Talent Acquisition.
    • Drive innovative solutions to support the development of employees and leaders.
    • Support continued growth and infrastructure by identifying talent gaps and development areas and other areas as the business grows.
    • Manage all matters relating to compliance including annual HIPPA, EEO, OFCCP, OSHA and other compliance requirements.
    • Drive implementation of key Human Resources Initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources.
    • Experience working in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is required.
    • Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree preferred.
    • PHR or related certification is a plus.
    • HRIS systems and labor laws experience required.
    • Highly collaborative and strong team player
