Typing Test required. Must attach results to resume.
Must achieve a 35-40 WPM with accuracy
Summary:
The main function of the Irrigation data entry specialist is to modernize existing policy information via input of client data into a newly created administration system.
This data entry specialist will be responsible for accurate entry of client s information, personal project management, and reporting of progress on a regular basis.
Technical skills include high level of attention to detail and time management.Job Responsibilities:
" Accurate entry of client information including address, schedules, policy numbers, and premiums.
" Identification of key data points from various sources
" Conversion of an average of 40 policies/day
" Verification/Documentation of completed conversions
" Weekly reporting of work completed
Skills:
Ability to type an average of 35WPM or higher-(supplier to administer typing test)
" Attention to detail-worker will be required to quickly identify key data points from various sources
" Interpersonal skills
" Ability to work independently and manage one s time
" Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
" Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe include:
o Key data collection from Adobe Acrobat, Excel, and Word
o Respond to emails via Outlook for items pertaining to job.
Education/Experience:
" High school diploma or GED required
" 2-3 years related experience required
