Job summary
We are seeking Caregivers who will play an essential role in our organization providing companionship, socialization, and basic needs support to our clients.Responsibilities
- Assist with safe transfers using a transfer board and gait belt
- Support mobility positioning ambulation as needed
- Lift assist client care activities including meal planning preparation feeding toileting dressing bathing grooming hair care assistance with evening routines including personal hygiene toileting dressing preparation for bed light housekeeping related to client care observe report any changes in condition concerns family supervisor monitor safety provide supervision prevent falls injuries provide companionship emotional support
