- Provide support in retirement administration.
- corresponding to participant's inquiries related to retirement programs and processes,
- reconciling employee data,
- preparing and reviewing retirement communications,
- process incoming retirement paperwork,
- assisting with internal and external audits, and
- assisting with projects as needed. Other related skills may be required to perform this job.
- Proficient in MS Office especially with Excel
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Work well independently and collaboratively with team members and other departments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of applicable HR Laws ( i.e. ERISA, FLSA, OHSA)
- Three (3) years experience in HR environment or related field
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin., Computer Science, Human Resource Mgt or related area is highly preferred
