- Driving a high reach type fork truck as well as a sit down style fork truck.
- Safely moving large amounts of materials through congested areas.
- Performs cycle counts to ensure raw material inventory accuracy.
- Receives bulk chemical deliveries into bulk storage tanks.
- Maintains an accurate Receiving Log.
- Involves using a laptop to move the material from one location to another in our ERP system.
- Requires the ability to physically lift 50-55 lbs.
- Requires basic math skills.
- Requires basic reading skills.
- Requires efficient use of time in a fast-paced high-volume facility.
- Communicates material shortages to Supervisor in a timely manner.
- Follow all safety procedures and participate in monthly safety training. Maintain safe and efficient use of the equipment including daily forklift checks. Report any injury or accident immediately to supervisory and/or any unsafe condition.
- Requires safe operation of all equipment.
- Support and comply with required PPE.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Prefer 1 -2 years of experience in a production or warehouse environment.
- Experience driving a high-reach and sit down fork truck.
- Experienced using a laptop / computer.
- Safety habits & awareness required as a condition of employment.
- Must possess ability to lift medium to heavy weights intermittently. Must be able to bend, stretch and reach in positions to move & mix raw materials of batches.

ICP Group is looking to hire a Material Handler to join our team in Andover, MA. The Material Handler position involves supplying plant personnel with required raw materials to make our products, cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy as well as putting raw material inventory away in proper stock locations when the raw materials are no longer needed and documenting all material movement.
Hours: Monday – Friday 5:30 AM – 2 PM
