    RN Position Job Notes:

    Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

    Job Details:


    • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

    • Auto offer position starting ASAP

    • Must have minimum 2 years medical/surgical nursing experience required

    • Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license required

    • BLS certification from AHA required

    • ACLS certification optional

    • Coordinate and implement patient care specific to age of patient population served

    • Ensure quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner

    • Demonstrate performance consistent with unit standards of care

    • Handle emergency/crisis situations

    • Perform prolonged standing and walking

    • Position, push and transfer patients or equipment requiring heavy physical effort

    • Work in bloodborne pathogen environment with exposure to infectious diseases and x-rays

    • Maintain current knowledge and skills appropriate to patient population served

    • Communicate clearly and appropriately to developmental age of patients

    • Work varied hours with flexibility for unexpected schedule changes and emergencies
