POSITION OVERVIEW: Greet and serve the guests according to standards.HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to service manual.
- Do all necessary set-up side work as assigned.
- Answer any guest questions about the menu.
- Operate the electronic cash register/P.O.S. system (where applicable).
- Check food before serving it to guest to ascertain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct.
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
DOES IT SOUND LIKE YOU? - At least 1 year serving experience as a server in a dinner setting establishment.
- Understanding of wine.
- Ability to suggestively sell hand crafted cocktails.
- Ability to create an experience for our guest by explaining the menu and making suggestions.
- Familiarity with Spanish food and wine a plus.
For applicants who will be working in California, the anticipated compensation for the position is $16.00.
