- Prepares patients for examinations and assists in collecting and preparing samples for analysis.
- Records vital readings and administers medication under medical personnel direction.
- Manages patient appointments and addresses routine inquiries from patients and caregivers.
- Leads and evaluates the work of support staff ensuring smooth operations.
- Carries out various essential duties to ensure the position requirements are met.
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program with a minimum of 24 months experience.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Oklahoma.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certifications.
- Proficient in diagnosing and treating injuries and diseases, knowledgeable in HIPAA regulations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of leading and training other healthcare professionals.
- Standing for prolonged periods, manual dexterity, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and exposure to clinic environment hazards.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
