We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our clients dynamic hair care team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a laboratory setting and is committed to conducting precise engineering tests and analysis to drive product improvements and innovation.

Responsibilities include setting up tests, operating cleaning units, data analysis, and maintaining lab equipment and organization.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a lab testing or QA role, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, and excellent communication skills.

responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough engineering tests, maintaining strict adherence to established procedures while demonstrating attention to detail.
• Set up debris fields, operate cleaning units, and handle tasks such as weighing and cleaning up post-tests.
• Gather and analyze data, assemble detailed test reports, and document interesting findings and anomalies.
• Utilize tools like Excel and PowerPoint to present findings and support ongoing projects.
• Operate and maintain various measurement equipment and work with prototypes to assess product performance.
• Maintain lab organization and cleanliness to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Develop and possibly create test fixtures to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a testing or QA role, preferably within a lab setting.
• Proficient in setting up lab tests and conducting data acquisition.
• Strong familiarity with using measurement equipment and handling prototypes.
• Experience in generating detailed reports and utilizing Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proactive and conscientious with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working directly with engineers in a lab environment is highly advantageous.
