    Description

    Worship Director at a Downtown Baptist Church

    We are hiring a Full-Time or Part-Time (your preference) worship director for a baptist church in downtown Boston. The worship is contemporary. The church runs a bit over 150 adults on a Sunday. Pastor is a Gordon-Conwell graduate.

    The church is urban, young, vibrant, and evangelistic. The ideal candidate will be comfortable ministering to diverse groups of people from America, Africa, Asia, and Europe. You would not describe the church as classically charismatic, though we are not cessationist and do believe the gifts are for today.

    A full job description will be provided upon application. The part-time position (15 hrs.) will be solely focused on music and worship services. The full-time position (45 hrs.) will have additional responsibilities, ideally with college students, though this is possible to adjust based on gifting and experience.

    Pay range is $75-85k for full-time.
