    Essential Responsibilities: (include the following; however, other duties may apply)
    • Operate manual machining equipment (lathes, mills, drill presses, hydraulic presses, saws) for precise fabrication, repair, and maintenance of machine parts and tooling
    • Accurately interpret CAD drawings, blueprints, and manuals
    • Fabricate components from metals, plastics, and composites to exact specifications
    • Service and repair rotating equipment commonly found in the water and wastewater industries. Frequently working under tight deadlines
    • Properly select, align, secure, and remove holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines in a safe and responsible manner
    • Consistently meet quality standards, ensuring accuracy with precision measurement tools
    • Provide recommendations to optimize machining processes for efficiency and adaptability
    • Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks
    • Document precision quality repairs in our current reporting software
    Qualifications & Skills:
    • Experience as a Manual Machinist
    • High mechanical aptitude with proficiency in precision measurement
    • Experience servicing pumps or rotating equipment is a strong plus
    • Ability to read CAD drawings and technical blueprints
    • Physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs; must pass pre-employment physical
