    Our client is a dynamic and innovative countertop and casework company. As we expand into a new territory, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as aCasework Estimator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to take ownership and grow into a leader at a thriving company.

    Position Overview:

    As a Casework Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating costs and timelines for casework projects. You will work closely with our sales, design, and production teams to ensure that our clients receive accurate and competitive quotes while maintaining profitability for the company. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work as a project manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with sales and design teams to review project specifications and develop comprehensive estimates.
    • Analyze blueprints, drawings, and other project documents to determine material and labor requirements.
    • Research and obtain pricing for materials.
    • Prepare and present detailed cost estimates to clients, including breakdowns of labor, materials, and overhead costs.
    • Review and negotiate contracts and pricing with clients as needed.
    • Manage projects from start to finish and solve problems.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve estimating processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in estimating, preferably in the casework or construction industry.
    • Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
    • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
    • Proficiency in estimating software.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
    • Willingness to take ownership and drive results in a new territory.
