The EP M&A Internship Program provides hands-on experience in deal sourcing, business development, and transaction execution.
As an intern, you'll gain:
- Personalized mentorship on resume building, cover letters, and interview prep.

- M&A Process: invaluable opportunity to develop financial acumen, network with experienced professionals, and gain direct exposure to the M&A process
You'll work closely with the Associates and Director gaining real-world exposure to the M&A process. This immersive experience will allow you to learn from a team that thrives on integrity, entrepreneurship, excellence, and a sense of community.
What You'll Do:
- Business Development: Maintaining and updating the CRM, tracking prospect engagement, and preparing outreach materials.
- Market Research: Identifying potential acquisition targets and compiling prospect lists.
- Deal Execution: Assisting with due diligence and supporting transactions in later stages.
- Collaboration: Engaging with team members to understand and participate in deal flow.
- Currently enrolled in a BA/BS program; preference given to rising juniors and seniors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client‑service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet competing deadlines
- Professional demeanor and strong sense of accountability
