**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Review daily shipment transactions and documentation to ensure revenue accuracy and completeness
+ Update invoicing records based on review of shipment documentation, tariff rules and/or customer agreements
+ Maintain logs of charges that were added through audit
+ Provide notification to customers regarding billable charges and communicate with customers as needed regarding billing questions
+ Research invoicing questions and communicate supporting documentation as needed
+ Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
+ Make recommendations to implement improved processes
+ Perform other duties as assigned by management
