    Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Ads Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing meta/google ads and possess a deep understanding of various advertising platforms. Competitive salary range of $1,500 to 3,500 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across meta/google ads platforms.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions through paid channels.
    • Utilize marketing funnel knowledge to target and engage with the appropriate audience segments at each stage of the buyer's journey.
    • Create compelling ad creatives, ad copies, and landing pages that resonate with the target audience and drive desired actions.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising, digital marketing, and the industry landscape.
    Qualifications
    • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
    • English Resume is required
    • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly on meta/google ads platforms.
    • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and experience in optimizing campaigns for different stages of the funnel.
    • Ability to generate creative ideas and develop engaging ad creatives independently.
    • Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing environments is highly desirable.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
