    Salary:
    $250,000 $295,000 annually + bonus
    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Psychiatrist to join a busy outpatient behavioral health department. This role focuses on delivering high-quality psychiatric care within a collaborative, team-based environment.

    The department specializes in treating a mix of mental health and substance use disorders, primarily serving adults with co-occurring conditions.

    Practice Highlights

    Outpatient only No weekends

    Flexible scheduling options (5x8s or 4x10s)

    Very light, telephone-only call (triaged)

    30-minute follow-ups and 60-minute new patient visits

    Multidisciplinary team support

    Clinical Responsibilities

    Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management

    Provide individual, family, and group therapy

    Treat mental health and substance use disorders

    Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team

    Participate in a team-based, community-focused model of care

    Requirements

    MD or DO

    Board Certified or Board Eligible (new graduates welcome)

    Active Florida medical license
