Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Document how their assets are on/offboarded in and out of their system of record.
Define and Prioritize enhancements to on/offboarding workflows with ServiceNow developers.
Document how inventory records are maintained (i.e. data attribute accuracy, completeness of coverage).
Develop procedures to reconcile inventory with discovery/management tools and define remediation activities.
Identify controls needed to ensure adherence to procedures (i.e. governance and reporting).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

'Hardware Asset Mgmt - inventory and lifecycle management. Specifically for data center hardware (server, storage, network gear, appliances).
Experience with ServiceNow's Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and/or Hardware Asset Management module.
Experience with Operational Technology (OT) or Internet of Things (IoT) devices.
Process documentation.
