    Description

    OVERVIEW:

    Our client, a Global Fortune 50 organization and one of world's largest distributors of Health care systems, medical supplies & Pharmaceutical products, seeks a Drug Supply Chain Compliance Analyst.

    IMPORTANT NOTES:

    • The candidate should live within a reasonable driving distance of Los Colinas - DFW Area.
    • This will be a HYBRID role & the candidate must be located within DFW near the corporate headquarters in Las Colinas. There are no set number of days. Must be willing to come in office as needed.
    • SHIFT HOURS: Mon-Fri | 08:00-05:00 PM (Central Time).
    • Location: 6555 North State Highway 161, Irving, TX 75039
    • Duration: 3 months assignment with possible extension

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • The Master Data DSCSA Compliance Analyst is responsible for all Master Data processes and programs related to (but not limited to): DEA, FDA, State licensing, REMS and restricted sale items programs ensuring MDM compliance with legal, regulatory and data governance policies and procedures.
    • Support management in the implementation and/or revision of compliance policies and procedures to support the Drug Supply and Security Act.
    • Obtain and understand all regulatory changes. Maintain management informed of new laws and regulations and/or changes thereof Advise business units regarding regulatory DSCSA matters.

    QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years' experience.
    • Candidate must have 2-4 years' experience in Drug Supply Chain Compliance & master data management.
    • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge in MS products (including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc).
    • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and relationship building skills.
    • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization (time management) skills & demonstrates analytical ability and attention to details.
    • Advanced/Intermediate problem solving and root cause analysis skills & ability to work in a detail-oriented environment.
    • Ability to work under limited general direction on multiple tasks with competing timelines.
    • Professional conduct and demeanor, uses discretion and maintain high level of confidentiality.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Proven ability to manage projects efficiently with strong attention to details.
