Learn more about our services, industry experience and culture at ProfileWeaver is looking for talented tax leaders at the Manager level to join our growing firm in Lafayette, LA We serve a variety of clients in multiple industries from private equity-backed clients and large businesses to high-net-worth individual clients.

Our scope of services includes tax planning and preparation, entity structuring, wealth preservation, family succession consulting, and more.

A Tax Manager works closely with firm leadership and plays a key role in business development and firm administration activities, including training and mentoring less-experienced team members.

The ideal candidate is a CPA with 5+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning and consulting at a public accounting firm.

Education and SkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldMaster's degree in Accounting or related field preferredCPA with 5+years of public accounting experience, industry experience or a combination of bothTechnical knowledge sufficient to sell and execute engagements in a variety of industriesProven ability to manage, mentor and develop a teamStrong relationship management and practice development skillsAbility to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clientsAccounting for more than numbers At Weaver, we recognize that everyone brings different strengths, backgrounds and working styles to our team.
