- Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) with Texas Medical Board
- Minimum 6 months experience, greater than 1 year of experience is preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of radiographic techniques, equipment operation, and radiation safety practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Radiology Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.You will operate various imaging equipment, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure the accurate capture of images for diagnosis and treatment planning.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 11:00am – 7:00pm
Pay Rate:
$30-$40hr Sign on Bonus: $10k, distributed over time *Responsibilities:*1. *Perform Diagnostic Imaging Procedures:* Conduct a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, Ultrasounds,CT scans, MRI scans, and fluoroscopies, and Mammography according to physician orders and department protocols. 2. *Operate Imaging Equipment:* Operate and maintain radiographic equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety protocols. Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate with appropriate personnel for maintenance and repairs. 3. *Patient Care:* Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures. Position patients correctly, shield exposed areas as necessary, and provide clear instructions for optimal image capture. 4. *Image Processing and Analysis:* Process and analyze imaging results to ensure quality and accuracy. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to identify abnormalities and assist in patient diagnosis and treatment planning. 5. *Documentation and Recordkeeping:* Maintain accurate and complete records of all imaging procedures, including patient information, procedure details, and imaging results. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental policies. 6. *Quality Assurance:* Participate in quality assurance activities to monitor and improve imaging services. Follow established protocols for image quality control, radiation safety, and infection control. 7. *Continuing Education:* Stay informed about advancements in radiologic technology and procedures. Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge. *Qualifications: * Associate degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
