- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to construction and completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project budgets and financials, including cost estimates, change orders, and invoices
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and management
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and other legal documents
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
