- Assist in drink preparation, including mixing and garnishing, to support the bartender.
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and visual appeal of the bar area are consistently maintained.
- Manage inventory by stocking and organizing supplies, beverages, and garnishes.
- Perform opening and closing duties, clean equipment, and uphold a high level of customer service by promptly addressing guest needs and resolving complaints when within authority.
- Has flexible availability, capable of working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Possesses a minimum of one (1) year of apprentice bartender experience in a similar resort setting.
- Demonstrates proficiency in handling money.
- Is familiar with working in a similar resort environment.
